**JOB TITLE: INSULATION TECHNICAL AUTHORITY**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to Petrofac’s ‘Nine Life Saving Rules’.
- Manage the full spectrum of delivery of Scaffolding workscopes including HSE, Quality, and Commercial outputs.
- Act as Contract or Project Manager for specific scopes of work and maintain excellent client relationships whilst delivering project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a suite of Insulation management controls, Process Procedures and Work Instructions to ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner whilst adhering to relevant Industry and Legislative requirements.
- Act as Functional Process Owner for core Insulation processes and provide SME input as required internally and externally.
- Engage with external bodies to ensure that we remain compliant and are seeking best industry practice in the field of Insulation.
- Engage with all areas of Petrofac business to promote the Insulation and Industrial Services capability and to seek and deliver opportunities for growth with current customers and prospects.
- The role requires interaction with various contacts including internal colleagues and suppliers as well as relevant industry bodies. This role may also be in addition to other operational responsibilities.

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Well-developed business and commercial skills.
- Resource management and an aptitude for working with stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to drive behaviour change at all levels within the organization utilizing strong interpersonal skills to champion delivery through others.
- Experience in similar roles within Industrial Services Sector.
- Experience of leading, coaching and developing a team.
- Experience in delivering a full range of FM campaigns.
- Experience in identifying and implementing coatings/blasting and specification improvement/innovations.
- Coordinate activities with client Technical Authorities.
- Design and constructability reviews.
- Provide technical input and assurance for workpacks, risk assessments, investigations management of change reviews and project reviews.
- Technical support for any complex work scopes.
