**JUNIOR CREDIT CONTROLLER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors
- Responsible for managing inbound credit requests and reviewing credit rankings.
- Responsible for sending out T&C's
- Confirming payment of debts, responsible for settling re-payment plans
- Handle relevant client enquiries.
- Processing and reconciliation of invoices
- Checking and posting of receipts to accounting systems
- Managing sales ledger
- Preparation of statements, sending Invoices and monthly reconciliations
- Preparing reports for weekly team meetings
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Other ad-hoc duties when they arise

**KEY EXPERIENCE**:

- Outstanding attention to detail with an ability to reconcile complex accounts
- Accurate, efficient and organised with the ability to prioritise tasks as needed
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and accountancy software
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with external clients and internal colleagues
- Experience in bank reconciliation and VAT
- Possibly working towards AAT qualification - not necessary
