**Responsibilities.**
- **The job requires knowledge of accounting software, plus microsoft word.**_

The job entails working closely with the other girls in the office raising quotations, method statements and risk assessments, using microsoft word to a professional standard, and a high level of accuracy. Prepare orders as required. Complete company questionnaires.

Assist with accounts using Sage Line 50. Paying wages through the bank. Debt Collection. Credit checking, Credit control, Invoicing clients, Payment of suppliers. Knowledge of journals would be helpful.

Knowledge of CIS and VAT reverse charge would be an advantage, but training can be given.

Assist project managers with the booking of equipment, hotels ferry's, etc.,

Maintain and order stationery. Deal with staff and customer queries over the telephone.
Any other duties as and when required.

**Education and Skills**

You must have at least a GCSE level of education. You must have a full driving license.

We are a small Lift Company, we are looking for an efficient motivated reliable member of staff, who is easy going and must be able to work as part of a team or under their own initiative. You must be able to work under pressure, and to deadlines.

You **must** be computer literate, able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Sage Line 50 Accounts, or have experience of other accounts software programs.
