**Customer Service Advisor, can be one full time or two positions part time.**

**Working hours Mon to Fri 8:30 : 4:30, including bank holidays except for Christmas day. Bank holidays are added to your holiday allowance.**

**This role has been created due to the rapid growth of our Marketing and Customer Operations Team**

We are looking to recruit somebody who is passionate about pubs, is excited by troubleshooting and loves to delve into a spreadsheet or two. We want your inspiration and energy to bring new ideas and help us shape the future business.

We’ve got 250 pubs and plenty of colleagues so you’d need to be a keen people person with great social skills who would enjoy delighting our customers.

But we don’t need you to have had years of experience, in fact, we’d love you to join us early in your career and grow with us If you like the sound of working for a 185-year-old family brewer at a time full of change and the role sounds interesting - why not get in touch for a chat?

Ensuring they have the very best Customer Experience keeping them up to date via text message and social media.

**Our Customer Services Team & Head of Customer Operations**

To ensure they are up to date with the latest information on brands and promotional activities.

Creating reports on call handling to directly influence the efficiency of the Customer Service Team and supporting changing work practices.

**Our Retail Team**

Making sure our full range is available on purchasing platforms for our Retail sites to order.

**Our Logistics & Warehouse Teams**

Managing delivery and stock delays and plans for re-delivery.

**Our Drinks & Brand Manager**

Successfully launching seasonal and core brands and menus within our Retail Estate

**Third Party Brand Owners**

Communicating product listings internally and supporting promotional launch activities

**Our Production Planners & Third-Party Hauliers**

Analysing historic data to predict future sales, ensuring end to end service and delivery into our Wholesale & Supermarket Customers

**Our Sustainability Champions**

Directly influencing how the Customer Operations Team can work to reduce their carbon footprint.

**It's an exciting time to join us**

2024 will see the launch of a 1m investment into a new Microsoft based ERP system (what we use to manage ordering, delivery and invoicing of stock). We will also launch online ordering via a customer portal, and we really want you to be a big part of these changes and get involved straight away

**Salary & Benefits**

**Salary: £27,000** depending on experience plus the benefits below:
