Are you a friendly and organised individual with a knack for providing top-notch customer service? Join our clients team at The Best Connection Swansea as we seek a dedicated Receptionist for a position based in Pembroke Dock.
**Responsibilities**:
Warmly greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, directing them appropriately.
Maintain a neat and organised reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with various administrative tasks as required.
Provide general support to office staff and management.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in reception or administrative roles preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
