**Albion Guest House** is located in Pembroke Dock. We are looking for a receptionist/PA to perform a variety of clerical duties and help the owner in whatever he requires.
**Qualifications**:
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with all varieties of people in a positive manner
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred but not required
Duties include:
- Answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling meetings, scanning documents.
- General administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying
- Other admin tasks as and when required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour

- Driving Licence (preferred)
