Luxury Fashion: Sales Assistant

Trading both in store and online to our global client base it’s a busy and fun working environment. Our London in-store team prides themselves on delivering the highest level of customer service. They are industry experts with exceptional styling skills.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working and confident fashion lover with a good attitude and a big smile. The role would be ideal for someone with customer service experience, with a ‘can do’ attitude and a big smile to welcome clients to our pre-loved luxury pop up store. Someone who is both excellent at selling and can offer exceptional customer service. As this is a retail role you will be expected to work a total of 5 days a week with one weekend day included.

**The role**:

- Meeting, greeting and personally styling discerning, fashion forward customers
- Building up a strong relationship with loyal and much loved clientele
- Upselling and cross-selling to the customer to help them find what they’re looking for
- Shop floor standards, tidying and organising the store.
- Encouraging customers to also shop from our website and signing up to our mailer.
- Achieving the weekly target

**Reporting to**:
Operation Manager

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year experience in luxury or fast paced fashion retail environment
- Bubbly, warm and confident holding and making conversations
- Great people skills and a focus of going over & above for clients
- Excellent communication, organisation, reliability and attention to detail
- Proven sales track record
- Perfect written and spoken English
- A can-do attitude, warm disposition, and a big smile
- A desire to remain and grow with the company
- A passion for luxury fashion
- A basic understanding of current trends and luxury brands
- Excellent multitasking skills and able to work accurately at a fast-pace
- A basic understanding of Microsoft programmes such as Word & Excel

**Employment Type**
- Part-time 16hrs Saturday and Sunday

**Salary**

Salary starting from £11 hourly.
