**Company Overview**:
We are working with a modern and progressive Top 30 Firm of Chartered Accountants based in Cambridge, who are currently seeking a Part-time Business Administrator to join their highly successful and supportive team.

The role sits within the Business service line and involves providing professional administration support to the team.
- You will be part of a team of seven members that services the function nationally.
- Responsibilities include printing, sending, and filing accounts/tax returns online, updating workflows and trackers for accounts and tax returns, drafting letters of engagement, drafting and sending routine correspondence internally and externally, drafting and filing Companies House forms, carrying out AML checks on new clients, and assisting with the new client take-on process. Maintaining and updating client database is also part of the role.
- You will be responsible for supporting the Business team that is based out of our Hertfordshire office.

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Previous experience working in an accountancy practice is essential, along with competent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
