Due to expansion our company requires another reliable order processor to work alongside existing staff within this area.

The role requires someone who is efficient, accurate with great attention to detail, this is vital. Has the understanding and ability to meet customer expectations and time frames.

Previous experience on Sage is highly beneficial but not essential as full training will be given.

Hours Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5.00pm Friday 9.00am-3.00pm 30min lunch break 37.5hrs per week.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage customers order profile from beginning to end
- Enter all sales orders onto Sage and generate internal paperwork for warehouse or place purchase orders with suppliers
- Once parts have been picked or received from Supplier and passed QC pack and invoice orders
- Book couriers and generate shipping paperwork
- Co-ordinate deliveries and progress orders
- Checking shipment and delivery dates correspond with customer expectation

**Experiences And Skills**
- Previous sales administration or order processing experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
