We are a small family business, looking to employ a Customer Service Advisor to join our small team.

Normal days of work will be Tuesday to Saturday, with times to be agreed. Some flexibility for working hours and days will be needed to cover staff absence etc. We are looking for someone who is ideally looking to start with around 20-30 hours per week, but growing to 30-40 over time and with experience.

**Essential**:

- A positive attitude, willing to look after the company so the company can look after you.
- Must be able to prioritise workload, use initiative, and work without supervision at times.
- Experience and competency in dealing with customers over the phone.
- Fluent at operating standard software, as well as being able to pick up new systems quickly.
- Have excellent customer service skills and able to multi-task your workload.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of the Skip Hire / Waste Industry.
- Good knowledge of the Fylde Coast area.

**Job Information**

We are based on Chapel Road, close to the M55 motorway. Due to the poor public transport links, we do feel that the role would be best suited to someone with use of their own vehicle.
