This job offers opportunity to join the Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) Research Team and work with researchers at the Cornwall Intellectual Disability Equitable Research Centre (CIDER).

We are looking for someone to provide senior administration support to the project coordinator on the management of this complex study, which is sponsored by CPFT and has involved collaboration with over 25 NHS Trusts across the UK. Your role will be to work closely with research teams and Clinicians at these Trusts, enabling research departments set up and support the study, ensuring healthcare teams and researchers recruit patients and data is collected from medical records. The role will therefore involve working with a variety of multi-professional NHS clinical, research and academic staff.

This is an exciting opportunity to support this national project, you will work as part of a small team, headed up by Professor Shanker at CIDER.

Organise and support regular internal and external meetings, transcribing minutes as a formal record and compiling documents for circulation, entering appointments into NHS Mail Calendars. Site file management of multi-site study

Multi-site liaison with local and national site research teams

Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Junior Administrator, ensuring that they have sufficient workload, are confident in their duties, and providing training on all elements of the job that are unfamiliar to them.

Responsible for ensuring that Rio is updated with Consent Information and Clinical Documentation

Monitoring and recording recruitment information

Devise and provide staff training in study management systems, site file organisation and archiving. Support training and education of the wider team in appropriate areas.
