We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-quality secretarial services to the Team Doctor and his/her medical team in our Adult Eating Disorder Services.

About the Role

You will be responsible for coordinating and organising action arising from correspondence, ensuring prompt and efficient response by the Team Doctor and Junior Medical Support Staff.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the Team Doctor and his/her medical team.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  3. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other professionals, outside agencies, and Trust staff.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
