CopriSystems Ltd are looking to recruit a a highly organised and pro-active executive assistant to join their progressive team based in Devizes, Wiltshire.

The role includes:

- Maintaining and planning the Managing Director’s calendar and diary, arranging appointments and organising meetings for the Managing Director
- Work alongside others in office to manage company status of ISO, SafeContractor and H&S audits
- Manage day to day office tasks of the Managing Director
- Work alongside others in the office, answering the telephone and sending calls through to the correct department
- Act as liaison for the Managing Director for office and external enquiries
- Organising conferences and video calls, as well as others as and when required
- Protecting desk time, to allow the Managing Director to undertake tasks within the office

Qualifications and Skills required for this role:

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Proven experience within an executive assistance/admin role, or similar
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Experience in Mac products and Microsoft Office

Due to location of office, own transport is required.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00

However, we are open to applicants who would like to work on reduced hours. This can be discussed at time of interview.

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
