Support Worker

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing care and assistance to individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing practical and emotional support to service users in their daily activities.
- Assisting with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Escorting service users to appointments, activities, and outings using your own car.
- Monitoring and documenting the progress and well-being of service users.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and families to ensure the best possible care and support.
**Requirements**:
- Experience working with individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities is essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for transporting service users.
- A compassionate and patient demeanor.
