An experienced Digital Project Manager with at least 6 years of experience and ideally telecommunications experience is needed to join our team at NDP Studio in Slough. We are a full-service Digital Agency specialising in open-source technology for Enterpriseclients in a variety of sectors across the UK.

You will have a solid understanding of modern web technologies, technical processes, technical language & experience in the running of projects under Agile and Waterfall principles.

**About the Role**

You will be focused on delivering major projects, including ongoing sprint work, relationship management, and communications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overall planning, execution, and completion of project work alongside the development/ delivery and management teams, vendors, stakeholders and clients
- Understand and own the scope, resource allocation, and timeline creation
- Develop detailed project plans, objectives, and scope
- Create and manage programme plan, timeline and project budgets
- Report project progress and performance with best practice tools and techniques
- Minimise project risk with industry-standard risk and issues management
- Manage change in a commercially measured and accountable way
- Create and maintain all relevant project documentation
- Allocate resources efficiently
- Facilitate client activities and technical viability
- Building relationships with clients, vendors, and senior stakeholders

**Required Experience**:

- Minimum 6 years of Digital Project Manager experience
- Experience delivering projects to fixed scope & fixed price, and following change request protocol in digital and technical delivery projects
- Telecommunications experience is highly desirable
- Knowledgeable of agile & waterfall production methodologies (scrum, Prince 2 are desirable)
- Project management certification and qualifications are desirable
- Complex scenario planning, prioritisation, and scheduling skills
- Trained in industry standard tools e.g. JIRA, MS Office
- Strong ‘personal touch’ communications ethos with both clients and internal teams
- Well-informed of digital industry trends & web technologies
