My client is a global communications network employing of 3,500 people across 21 countries.
They offer an in-house solution to their client, with the infrastructure of a "big network". They have a tight team that work closely together to offer creative, production, strategy, media, performance driven digital and data.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in paid media across either PPC, Paid Social or Programmatic to join the media team and grow performance. It is the perfect opportunity for an individual that is looking to move away from the traditional media agency and grow their career in an in-house role.

Senior Digital Manager - In House Agency - FMCG - Slough (2 days a week) - £70,000


Lead digital strategies in collaboration with media and brand teams, leveraging social, programmatic, e-retailer, and search channels to meet business objectives.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns to achieve performance goals.
Develop and oversee the creation and implementation of global best practices for digital media trading across markets and brands.
The ability to collate and define actionable insights and recommendations from multiple campaign performance data, presenting opportunities department leads to further optimise learning and efficiencies.
Stay abreast of industry and platform developments, testing opportunities, and innovative solutions or automations to maintain a market-leading digital media presence.
Educate internal and external teams on digital media best practices and advocate for its strategic benefits.
6-8 years of experience in digital media, working with Account Directors, Marketing Directors, and/or senior marketing leadership.
Proven success in delivering results across large-scale performance campaigns and cross-department collaboration.
Expertise in managing and growing teams, including recruitment, training, retention, and career development.
Previous hands-on experience with one or more of the common digital marketing platforms such as:
Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and task prioritization.
