We are specifically seeking experienced compassionate, empathetic individuals to join our team of community care assistants.
We would expect you to be reliable, flexible and have a genuine passion for providing the best possible quality care to our clients.
The role offers the flexibility of working hours and the opportunity to work within a dynamic, supportive team. You will be involved in delivering complex, domiciliary and community care to a variety of clients with physical disabilities, learning difficulties, mental health concerns and other complex needs.
As part of your job, you will be required to:
- Provide high-quality care to our clients in their own homes, with the utmost compassion and respect.
- Work closely with clients' families, medical professionals, and colleagues to provide the best possible care.
- Support clients with their daily personal care routine, medication, and other activities of daily living.
- Maintain accurate records of all care provided and report any concerns or observations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Be flexible and work a range of shift patterns which could include mornings, evenings, some weekends, and some public holidays.
- Demonstrate a caring and empathetic attitude.
- Speak, read and write English fluently.
- Be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check if you don't have one on the update service.
- Be eligible to work in the UK.
