We're looking for a proactive and customer-oriented team member to fill the position of Technical Sales. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our partners at the trade counter, providing first line technical support, and aiding with sales queries and transactions.
Moreover, you'll be instrumental in connecting with potential clients to introduce Satsecure's offerings and furnish them with product details and quotes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve customers at the trade counter, assisting with product inquiries, orders, and providing expert advice on CCTV and security solutions.
- Provide first line technical support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and offer guidance on product installation and usage advice.
- Proactively reach out to new leads to introduce Satsecure, build relationships, and promote our offerings.
- Prepare specifications and quotes for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up on inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Keep ahead with industry trends and new products to provide informed recommendations and support to our partners.
