You will help to provide customer support for our MFPs (Multi-Function Printers) and Audio-Visual Solutions products, including networking, connectivity and dealing with end user support requests- **Key Responsibilities**:
Working as part of the helpdesk team to provide end user support around MFP connectivity issues via telephone and remote access.-
- Carry out chargeable calls where applicable.
- Assist with internal training for new and existing helpdesk technicians.
- Manage and ensure queries follow the correct processes and are dealt with efficiently.
- Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases and FAQ resources on the internet/Intranet to aid in problem resolution
- Creating and updating user guides as required
- Ensuring that a professional, customer focused approach is followed at all times
- Being open to learning new skills and products.
- Attending team meetings and training courses.

Good understanding of IT and technology including networking
- Good IT and PC Skills, especially MS Office / Teams
- Demonstrable technical and analytical problem-solving approach to difficult situations
- Ability to prioritise multiple complex tasks whilst working to tight deadlines.
- Evidence of delivering a “customer excellence approach”.
- Effective oral and written communication skills on both technical and non-technical issues
- Ability to plan and organise self effectively.
- Team Player
- Capable of building relationships with customers, call control, engineers and sales
- Ability to provide a patient and professional phone manner.
