This is a **self employed**, permanent position **(you will be responsible for your own Tax and National Insurance contributions).**

This is an opportunity to work on behalf of a well estabilshed and well known last mile delivery partner based in the Birmingham area.

Cielo Couriers are looking for a Trustworthy, Reliable, Hardworking, Customer Focused individual, to undertake local work delivering and collecting to and from Commercial and Residential customers.

This jobs involves earlys starts so will be required to be on site at (5:30AM), anticipated finish times are 16:00pm but occassionly you may finish later which could depend on Volumes, Premium Services and or Traffic.

We require an individual who has good time keeping and exceptional organsational skills, as your day would begin by you scanning and organising the parcels allocated for the route.

Your daliy route will be pre-planned, optimsed and downloaded to a Mobile device, to which you must provide. The mobile device must be either be an Android 10+ with 4GB of memory or Ip hone 7+ with ios 15+ in order to recieve the allocated work for your day.

This is a delivery and collection role so you will be responsible for the delivery of between 80 - 100+ drops per day. Daliy collections for the area will be pre-planned into your daily route any additional jobs recieved throughout the day will be sent whilst out on route.

Payments are based on successfully completed deliveries and collections with the potential to earn more.

You will not require a van for this role as the company operates a vehicle hire facility through which you can hire the use of a fully insured service vehicle. On site parking is very limited so you will be permitted to take the service vehicle home, but please note service vehicles provided will be ELECTRIC vehicles, so you will be required to locate a charging point to ensure that the vehicle allocated is re-charged and ready for use.

A DVLA check will also be conducted at no expense to yourself.

**What we offer**
- pay £200 for 1 to 2 weeks training dependant on experience
- Average pay £90 - £110+ per day.
- Invoices paid every 4 weeks, 1 weeks in arrears
- ELECTRIC service Van, and Uniform suppiled.
- Two weeks service break (UNPAID), Please note: no holidays will be permitted between November and December.

**Requirements**:

- Full UK or EU driving licence - held for a minimum of 2 years.
- No more than 3 driving penalty points.
- Delivery driver experiance preferred but not Necessary.
- 2 References will be required
- Proof of ID, Proof of address, and recent CRB will be required.
- Comfortable working on your own
- Trustworthy
- Ability to build good working relationships with customers
- Punctual with Good Time Keeping and Well Organised.
- Self Motivated, Hard Working, Can do Attitude.
- Comfortable with heavy lifting.
- Avaliable to work on weekends included and any additional days during peak periods.
