We have a great opportunity **for a dynamic individual** to join our team in **Head office** as an **IT Procurement Administrator **Working 3 days a week on a 12 months fixed term contract as part of the IT Supply Management Team providing support to the whole business.

**Whats the opportunity?**

**Salary**: Up to £27,000 p/a dependent on experience (pro rata)

**Hours**: 3 days per week

**Working Pattern**: 3 consecutive days out of 5

**Contract**: 12 month fixed term contract

**Location**: Gist Chineham, Basingstoke RG24 8UB GB

**What you’ll be doing**
- Receiving requests from Gist Users for the supply of approved IT Products and Services.
- Obtaining quotations from approved suppliers for IT Products and Services and provide to users.
- Assisting users with following the appropriate approvals process for IT Products and Services.
- Creation of Purchase Orders within the SAP Financial system for IT Products and Services.
- Administration of the appropriate procedures to ensure that the invoices for IT Products and Services are processed correctly.
- Liaison with IT Suppliers with regards enquiries and investigations. Using online portals for general procurement.
- Creation of and the maintenance of appropriate reports, logs, spreadsheets and presentations produced as part of the IT Supply Management services.
- Liaison with Gist Central Accounts Unit at Barnsley to facilitate Purchase Order and Invoice processing and effective query resolution.
- Expediting quotations for and deliveries of IT Products and Services with Suppliers.
- Liaison with Gist users to keep them informed of progress on the provision of IT Products and Services.
- Assisting with IT inventory management where required.
- **Who you’ll be**_
- Previous experience in an IT related procurement / administration position.
- Supplier Engagement / Management experience.
- Several years experience of using the following software packages (preferable):

- Microsoft Desktop Applications particularly Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- SAP Financial Management System.
- Excellent inter-personal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and also on their own initiative.
- Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks to achieve required targets in terms of work output.
- Attention to detail and accuracy even when working under tight deadlines.
- Self motivated and driven to achieve high quality output in all tasks.
