We are pleased to be advertising an exciting vacancy for a Divisional Head of People and Culture within our Local Mental Health Services Division. This is a strategic HR business partner role, within our People & Culture Directorate but with accountability on a day-to-day basis to the Divisional Executive Director.

The successful post holder will report to the Associate Director of People and Culture and will form part of the People & Culture Leadership Team but will crucially need to also develop effective working relationships with divisional and corporate colleagues to influence, challenge and support service delivery and ensure momentum with people strategies.

The post holder will play a key strategic role in supporting the Local Mental Health Division with the development and execution of their divisional strategy and strategic people plan. This will involve providing informed and pragmatic expert HR advice on organisational change, workforce planning, staff engagement, learning & organisational development. The post holder will support the Division and the Trust in achieving its strategic objectives of being a ‘diverse, inclusive and a great place to work’ through implementation of Our People Plan.
