**New Role - HR & Payroll Coordinator**

Are you looking for a new opportunity to join a fabulous HR team and have had a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar HR position? You would be part of a great team working for a large global manufacturing organisation with offices based in Northampton. This role is responsible for coordinating all the monthly payroll information including employee benefits, whilst also providing daily HR administration support.

As Payroll Coordinator, will need to have a good understanding of regulations for payroll alongside having strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement. Your role will include -coordinating monthly payroll, including details for joiners, leavers, monthly payroll changes for employees etc. Managing reports, company pension schemes and benefits, whilst providing daily HR administration and supporting HR Manager on projects.

**About You**

You should be a proactive and self-motivating professional, with exceptional attention to detail. Ideally have at least 3 years HR Payroll experience and have excellent IT skills. You will need a good strong work ethic and positive can-do attitude alongside excellent people skills and be a hard working team player to succeed in this role.
