Holt Engineering is currently seeking someone to help within the **Supply chain** area for a manufacturing business in Salisbury.

It's a temporary role, only for 2-3 months

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Order book reconciliation, line by line supplier order book alignment
- Highlight any discrepancies in quantity / part / cost
- Update delivery information into the EFAQs system
- Maintain a running log of all queries and co-ordinate the buyer to conclude a resolution.
- Upload price increases on the discrepancy file (teams excel)
- Update in house ERP with current pricing
- Assist in creating a supplier log, to include specifics i.e. Contact information
- General online filing

**Skills & Requirements**
- Accuracy & attention to detail
- Numerically literate
- Computer able / reasonable IT skill

**Location**:Salisbury

**Salary**:£25,000 pa
