Reporting to the Customer Service Director, the Customer Service/Care Team Advisor offers a fantastic opportunity to be fully involved in a company which is consistently experiencing growth.

This role is primarily responsible for the Front of House/Reception and overseeing the smooth running of the CVP Great Titchfield Street showroom, and ensuring the building is maintained to a high standard.

This is a full-time role which is ideally suited to an experienced professional with an eye for detail and who enjoys working collaboratively. We are looking for a friendly, polite, courteous, positive, driven and organised individual who will enjoy being a part of a thriving and buzzing environment in a progressive company.

**Job Summary**:
CVP Customer Service/Care Advisor - We are looking for a personable, driven individual to be part of our CVP Care team and wear two hats.

CVP has grown to be one of Europe’s biggest resellers within this industry, with creative professionals all over the world relying on our knowledge and products to help grow their own businesses. Ever expanding, we want to make sure we maintain our high standards for a very personal and knowledge service. CVP Care provides a face to CVP’s ecommerce business.

In addition to playing a vital role in the Front of House/reception at our new showroom (Great Titchfield Street, where you’ll be actively involved in managing the offices and supplies, greeting visitors, interacting with customers, onsite events and administration) you’ll also provide customer support in both pre & after sales. With a big focus on combining support, technical knowledge, and a willingness to gather information to ensure the customer’s needs are met throughout every step of their web journey. No matter the question or size of an order, CVP Care acts as a unit to make sure every customer is looked after. You will be part of a team that provides solutions for all manner of companies from small corporates video production companies to Netflix and Amazon productions and even massive Hollywood productions.

**Your responsibilities will include;**
- Front of house - Help customers with all their product purchases and/or technical questions.
- Office management - Look after the Office in its entirety, rotate the supplies and communicate with staff about the office.
- Company events - you may be asked to attend events at the office. This may require unusual working hours.
- Managing all operational aspects of the Great Titchfield Street showroom including communicating with external suppliers, maintaining appropriate stock levels of office and event supplies and working with the sales and marketing team to produce monthly staff rota.
- Handling administrative duties associated with the showroom
- Monitoring the event space calendar and supporting and attending inhouse and events where required

- A-Level or equivalent (required)
