**First Response Unit (FRU) Administrator - Liverpool - Real Living Wage**

DWF Law LLP is looking to recruit a First Response Unit Administrator to be based in our Liverpool office. This role offers you the opportunity to work with our largest teams taking responsibility for Insurance files for some of DWF's prestigious clients. As a FRU Administrator you will be the first point of contact within the firm when it comes to new claims coming into DWF. This is an excellent first step for anyone wanting to expand their career in legal administration with exposure to key stakeholders, both internally and externally, and to our litigation processes and procedures.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Processing instructions for all new matters for Insurance.
- Ensuring that all cases are opened within the full requirements of the clients and internal SLAs.
- Accurate data entry of information on to a case management system.
- Ensuring files are opened in time to meet with specific court deadlines related to the file.
- Handling incoming calls relating to new or existing matters and fielding enquiries.
- Receiving unreferenced items of mail and obtaining the required detail by making outbound calls to related parties.
