**About Blossom Advice Project**:
**Position: Volunteer Form-Filling Adviser**

**Location**: LEYTON CRICKET CENTRE. STRATFORD LIBRARY

**Role Overview**:
As a Volunteer Form-Filling Adviser with Blossom Advice Project, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals who require assistance with completing essential forms, particularly those related to benefits such as PIP and DLA. Your dedication and expertise will directly contribute to ensuring that community members receive the support they need to thrive.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure confidentiality and sensitivity in handling personal information and client interactions.
- Offer empathetic support and encouragement to individuals throughout the form-filling process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and form submissions.
- Collaborate with other team members to address any challenges or concerns faced by clients.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing forms and documentation.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional standards.
- Willingness to undergo training and development as required.
