**About the role**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our newly established Design & Innovation team based in Coventry. Reporting into the Exterior Design Chief this role will be responsible for:
Participating in exterior styling design, including concept ideas, renderings, tracking the digital models and clay models.

Cross-cultural communication and interpretation, and complete the design plan according to the requirements.

Lead and guide the digital model design.

Use display software’s to complete the analysis of product modelling reports, concept ideas, rendering expressions.

Have experience in automotive design, with matured hand-drawing foundation and rendering ability, able to quickly capture creative ideas.

Be able to develop forward-looking styling project plans according to the LEVC brand strategy objective, research future design trends and output the styling exploration which suitable for LEVC.

**Experience to succeed**

5 + years of experience in automotive styling design (experience in OEM is preferred, depending on the ability to ease the number of years required).

Participate in one or more exterior styling design mass production projects, experience in creative design of luxury brand exterior is preferred.

Familiar with component design and engineering constraints, with a good balance of design and constraints.

Excellent sketch and rendering presentation skills.

Excellent communication skills, learning ability and teamwork spirit.

Industrial design and transportation design background from art colleges preferred.

Proficiency in Photoshop and other drawing software.

Skilled in Design Management, Alias Studio Tools, Lateral Thinking, Interior Trim, and Sketching. Strong arts and design professional with a degree focused in Design
