**The team at Ortus Recruitment are looking for a Teaching Assistant to prepare children for their future by supporting in their emotional, social and academic development. You will play a key role in helping them develop their personalities and minds by exposing them to ideas and experiences that will help them gain a solid grounding in the world.**

The successful **Teaching Assistant **will be responsible for organising the classroom, supervising playtime/lunch time, managing behaviour alongside the class teacher and confidently leading interventions in small groups with lower ability children to raise attainment. When needed, you will also be responsible for working on a 1:1 basis with SEN children.
