**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Science Graduate to join our team as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school. As a Science Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one Science tuition sessions to students, utilizing your subject specialism to enhance their understanding and engagement.
  • Support teachers in the classroom, assisting with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery.
  • Develop and implement engaging and interactive Science lessons, promoting student participation and curiosity.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development of Science curriculum materials, resources, and assessments.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in a Science-related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or related subjects).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances.
  • Passion for Science education and a commitment to supporting student learning and development.
