Job Title: Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic psychology graduate to join our team as a teaching assistant in a secondary school setting. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and contribute to the development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with SEN in a secondary school setting
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Providing individualized support to students with SEN
  • Contributing to the development of our students' social and emotional skills

About the Role:

This is a long-term position, starting in September 2024. The successful candidate will be working in a supportive and dynamic team, with opportunities for professional development and growth.

Requirements:

  • Psychology graduate with a strong understanding of SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for supporting students with SEN
