**Team Introduction**:
We're looking for an HR Admin Specialist who will join our dynamic EMEA SSC Team, whose overall mission is to provide streamlined HR operations service and to enhance the employee experience. The SSC Team is part of the HR Ops Department, endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle and support HR Ops in daily operations.
Specifically, we are looking for a person with a strong HR operational background across EMEA and who has attention to detail and is strongly oriented on improving and optimizing processes.
**What you'll do**:
- Prepare employment documents e.g. contracts, certificates of employment, reference letters;
- Update internal databases (Workday and internal system);
- Observe labour laws and employment legislation in countries you will support;
- Analyze and interpret data to create reports;
- Provide first-line support and insight for all routine employee enquiries and administrative activities in support of HR processes and HR systems.
- Achieve service requirements on response time, satisfaction rate etc;
- Continuously improve service efficiency and employee experience by implementing ideas and optimizations;
- Participate or lead internal projects;
- Support the team in other daily operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Preference to hold a Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources or CIPD level 5;
- Experience working in HR Operations preferably in a Shared Service Center;
- Ability to work independently in an ambiguous and multicultural environment handling multiple, competing priorities and short deadlines;
- Good service level mindset and collaborative partnership skills to ensure the effective resolution of inquiries;
- Additional language (German or French) would be an advantage to support colleagues in these respective countries.
