The Samsung Training Analyst is responsible for extracting, manipulating and merging multiple data sets to identify trends, opportunities and challenges, and to translate them into actionable recommendations. They would take ownership for client insight presentationproduction as well as report architecture and design. This role would be responsible for insight delivery for the TVAV field and Training teams and would deputise for the Insight Manager when required. This role reports into the Insights Manager and is baseda combination of Thame/WFH. There is a requirement for this role to work a weekend day per week
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Required to use data visualisation tools for dashboard construction & maintenance (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Responsible for the ongoing development, automation, delivery and optimisation of data, reporting processes and outputs
- Generate regular analysis/reporting to drive actionable insights to help define business objectives
- Perform data mining, blending large datasets (Salesforce, SQL database etc.) to support analysis and drive further insights
- Analyse and combine multiple data sources (internal and external) in order to identify and create new, valuable and accurate data sets
- Support the Client Service Team through analysis of data to understand the commercial opportunities, threats, best practice etc. and propose actions to be taken.
- Understand the TV AV marketplace, trends, competitor ranges and initiatives from market research and commercial analysis
- Responsible for any other task identified by the line manager as falling reasonably within the scope and range of the position.
**Essential Experience**:

- 2 years' experience in an analytical role
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Strong technical skills including data extraction and data modelling
- Exceptional planning and organisation skills
- Complete IT literacy in Word, Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Office 365 and general digital awareness and skills
- Knowledge of Visual Studio, Qlik, Power BI, Tableau and MS Access essential (one of)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders up to a senior level
