This Financial Operations Director position offers a unique chance to lead the finance function at Travelodge and drive business growth. As a senior finance leader, you will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic financial plans, working closely with the maintenance and finance teams.

Key responsibilities include providing robust financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions, managing the management accounting month end process, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial performance. You will also be responsible for financial leadership of Maintenance, covering all aspects of investments (capex and opex spend), ensuring appropriate financial focus, rigour, insight, and challenge.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial leadership and management accounting, with experience in presenting complex financial data and concepts to non-finance professionals. A salary of £65,000 - £72,000, hybrid working, 50% personal hotel discount, contributory pension scheme, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, annual bonus, and a focus on learning and career development are some of the benefits of this role.
