**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Define and devise the Cardiology strategy for the UK & Ireland which ties in with the stated aims of the newly formed ICS Regions with particular emphasis on MUSE development and improving GE HealthCare’s footprint in community-based healthcare
- Setting Sales and Margin targets for the team to deliver profitable growth across the region ensuring coverage for all areas of the UK
- Streamline the Go to Market approach to best utilise the talent we have and look to improve Sales Person efficiency
- Developing specialised knowledge of latest commercial developments in Cardiology in the UK & Ireland and the wider Healthcare Sector
- Excellent communication skills to influence others. Heads up strategy and policy development within Cardiology and as part of the wider UK Team.
- Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how Cardiology integrates with other modalities including DI and Ultrasound; develops knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.

***Quality Specific Goals**
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
- Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or Law is broken
- Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or Law is broken
- Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs
- Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System

**Required Qualifications**

Minimum 5-years’ experience in the Healthcare Sales Industry. Business degree or a Professional Medical qualification.
