The successful Assistant will have experience of the following:
General administrative duties including:
Answering telephone

Organising and maintaining site files

Booking accommodation for site employees

Ordering stationery

Administrative support for the directors and other team members

Hiring of tools and plant

Skip Hire for sites (shopping around for the best prices)

Keeping vehicle maintenance records up to date (MOT / Services)

Proficient in administrative tasks

Have excellent problem solving skills and a strong understanding of the demolition business and working in a fast paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent telephone manner

Ability to handle pressure and good time management

Ability to work on own initiative

Ability to adapt to change and work effectively as part of a team

Knowledge of the demolition industry would be an advantage
