Front Office Assistant

Our contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) service partner with this multinational professional services firm which provides design, engineering, architecture, planning, and advisory services across every aspect of the built environment.
On behalf of this client, we are looking for a **Front Office Assistant **for a **6 months** contract based in **Liverpool.**
As the **Front Office Assistant **you will provide support to all members of the team by undertaking general administrative tasks.
Job duties as a **Front Office Assistant**:
- Providing ‘front of house’ service to visitors offering excellent customer care skills at all times and ensuring all visitors are aware of the Health & Safety procedures.
- Answering telephones, taking messages and assisting callers proactively.
- Handling of incoming and outgoing post, ordering couriers, taxis.
- Booking meeting rooms (if requested) on Condeco and being aware of visitors, clarifying requirements.
- Manage catering provision for meetings and if required, provide hospitality for visitors.
- Setting up of meeting rooms and ensuring tidiness before and after use.
- Inputting data to company's systems where required.
- Photocopying/Scanning/Binding.
- Reporting office maintenance and equipment issues.
Criteria for **Front Office Assistant**:
- Good customer service skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
Please note that due to recent changes in Off Payroll (IR35) legislation, our client only operates with contractors that operate via a PAYE or Umbrella model.
