On Verve is all about creating the right energy and atmosphere that makes any workplace a destination for employees and guests. Our core ethos is to be the ‘makers of someone’s day’, as a DayMaker with On Verve you will maintain the values and ethos to support the client achieve excellence.

Being a DayMaker:
To have the ability to be the maker of someone’s day by understanding the environment you are in. Take ownership of the surrounding areas to create an amazing employee and guest experience.

Key areas of the role:
The role has a huge scope as you will support and cover multiple areas of the operation:

- Be prepared and adapt to the needs of the client and employees
- Meeting room management and setting up of catering
- Post/parcel management on a day to day basis
- Support with managing suppliers such as stationery, printers etc. Managing copy point areas
- Creating monthly employee experience events on site
- Floor Walk audits. Take ownership of office floors and the surrounding areas to create the best employee experience, report any issues found
- Creating Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain the ethos of being a DayMaker; the maker of someone’s day whilst being a WPA and observing company values
- Ensure employee requirements are at the heart of everything you do
- Flexible working hours

- Worked in an environment where client demands are managed and be able to produce and execute innovative ideas whilst meeting deadlines
- You will have previously been able to make intelligent business decisions based on data and given and be good with numbers
- You can remain motivated at all times and take responsibility for actions, work well under pressure, and be able to negotiate
- You have the proven ability to communicate both written and verbally in a clear and concise way

**Salary**: Competitive

Contract length: 6 months, could lead to being extended

**Salary**: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
