Warm Reception -  Greet guests with a genuine smile, ensuring a delightful arrival and departure experience.Seamless Coordination -Manage customer assignments efficiently, optimising seating arrangements to accommodate guest preferences and operational flow.Customer Assistance - Assist guests with inquiries, offering recommendations and ensuring their needs are met promptly.Team Collaboration - Work closely with the front and kitchen Team members to maintain a smooth dining service for our customers.Attention to Detail -Uphold standards of cleanliness and organisation in the dining area.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a welcoming demeanor.- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous.
