**About Central and Finance Functions**
The Central and Finance functions form the hub of THG, and without either function the business could not operate. Common characteristics among our teams are the ability to drive change, adaptability and resourcefulness, to ensure we can keep pace with the business, without compromising on financial control or sales performance.
Central Functions are formed of the teams and people that serve the entire business. These people are integral to the smooth running of the business; ensuring everyone is paid on time, that materials are sourced and arrive promptly, that we meet our legal obligations and that our health, safety, and security is safeguarded to name a few functions.
Finance at THG is a rapidly growing and evolving team, covering all areas of finance from central functions, divisional finance and our Shared Service Centre. As the business expands and takes on new challenges in the form of acquired businesses or new ventures, finance is there to support every step of the way.
**About the Role**
As a Talent Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing the very best talent for the Shared Services function across different areas including Central Functions and Finance ensuring we continue to hire exceptional people to support the growth of our business. This role is global as we have teams based across the globe.
Central Functions includes departments such as Operational Excellence, Sustainability, Security, Compliance & Regulatory, Audit, Procurement, Supply Chain, Payroll, Health & Safety, Facilities, Travel, Legal, Projects, Licensing, Culinary Services and the wider People team.
Finance includes departments such as Group Finance, SSC, Tax, Treasury and Fraud. It also covers Divisional Finance teams in Nutrition, Beauty, Ingenuity and Operations.
We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about working with people and is capable of working independently to manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact through to contract completion. You will also need to have a thorough understanding of THG and our unique positioning as a global technology company leading the way in an experiential market.
**Responsibilities**:
- Be comfortable selling THG to potential talent or someone that isn't aware of the business either through a telephone interview or face to face meetings.
- You will be comfortable hiring and mapping the talent market at junior level right through to senior level positions.
- You will be an advocate of social networking and supporting our recruitment function, helping THG capitalise on these tools.
- You will be part of our in-house talent function to proactively search for creative sourcing strategies.
- While the role will be predominantly office-based, you must be comfortable with attending conferences, careers fairs, meetups and building pop-up marketing stands where you will be representing THG.
- You will be required to implement a strategy for retaining prospects and keeping them informed at each key decision-making point.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in working in internal recruitment or for a recruitment agency (essential)
- Track record of recruiting within a fast paced environment - Entry level through to Director level
- Ability to work autonomously and build relationships with stakeholders across the Group
- Ability to manage a recruitment process from initial contact through to offer management
- A desire to take full ownership of recruitment at THG, helping to shape our future growth
