**What you'll do and what we offer**:
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition Team at Aptitude Software. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attracting top talent to support our company’s growth and success.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Leading the offer process and skillfully negotiating employment terms.
- Coordinating multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and communication with all key stakeholders who are invested in the recruitment process.
- Working closely and in collaboration with line managers as you use your skills, knowledge and expertise to understand their hiring needs.
- Working closely with the People & Culture Team and the Marketing Team.
- Working with external Partners, whenever needed.
- Tracking data for reporting purposes.
- Fostering a friendly, energetic, and accountable team environment, contributing to the global People and Culture team’s overall success.
- We’ll look to you to stay informed when it comes to the latest recruitment news and trends as we look for you to positively influence and enhance our recruitment strategies.

**What we're looking for**:
Ideally, you will have the following experience and skills:

- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, specifically within the UK market.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting for FinTech positions.
- Experience with different sourcing methods.
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers, team members and other stakeholders.
- Ability to manage several recruitment projects concurrently.
- A genuine interest in the IT industry.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest recruitment news, trends and best practices.
- Experience with the Australian and USA markets is desirable but not essential.
