**What you'll be doing**
- Delivering training activities relating to manual handling, induction and Mechanical Handling Equipment, identifying and recommending areas for improvement.
- Providing thorough and detailed assessments for MHE trainees/operatives.
- Accurately recording all trainees’ progress and training achievements
- Deliver and assess novice and qualified MHE operator‘s training, in line with certification and legal requirements.
- Attending regular trainer courses delivered by accredited training providers to keep knowledge and skills in line with legislation and current practice.
- Taking reasonable care for the health, safety and welfare of themselves and others in line with company procedures and legislation & proactively ensuring that all team members work in an environment that prevents injury.
- Provide relevant information, instruction, training and supervision to ensure the competence of employees.
- Maintaining high standards, support learning and development, and working to continuously improve the MHE skill level of our workforce
- Providing effective communication, feedback, recommendations and areas for improvement to trainees and Training Manager
- Liaising with Direct Manager to understand training requirements for the coming months.
- Maintaining the ability and flexibility to step in and assist the Warehouse operation when business need requires it.

**Working Hours**

Monday - Friday, 8pm to 5am

**Salary**

£27,000 depending on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
