We are seeking 3 highly organised and detail-oriented temporary Administrators to join our team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent organisational and administration skills.

**Duties**:

- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain electronic and paper records
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members

**Skills**

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in computerised systems and software, including Microsoft Office
- Strong administrative and clerical skills
- Excellent organisational abilities with great attention to detail
- Data entry accuracy and speed
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 1-2 months

**Salary**: £12.45-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
