Summary

To deliver all the administrative duties surrounding onboarding/offboarding and day to day management of the temporary workforce.

35 hours per week

**Responsibilities**:

- Onboarding and offboarding temporary workers on to HTM systems
- Cross reference temporary worker provided timesheets to ensure that they are correct and investigate and resolve any discrepancies
- Ensuring any relevant payments and deductions are actioned i.e PPE/PNC’s
- Plan future temporary labour resource needs, collaborating internally with contract staff and externally with temporary labour suppliers
- Investigate any misconduct from temporary workers with the provider
- Assess and action any feedback regarding temporary workers with the provider
- Manage the availability of the resource from temporary labour providers.
- Be the point of contact for any queries of issues from temporary labour providers.
- Follow any reasonable request from Management

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £23,217.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
