Learning Disabilities Support Worker

**Salary**:£10.00 per hour equivalent to £19,291 FTE
**Hours**:Full time, 37 hours a week with occasional weekend and evening shifts

**To be considered as a Learning Disabilities Support Worker, you need**:
- To be passionate about providing a high level of care and support to adults with learning disabilities and/or autism
- Exceptional listening and communication skills
- To possess an empathetic approach
- To be willing to provide personal care
- Basic IT skills
- A proactive approach to work and be able to work on your own initiative
- To be able to work flexibly depending on the needs of the work environment
Previous experience in the care industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
Travel required across Essex to attend training, work at other centres, and in the community.
