**Role Overview**

The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a crucial role in building a skilled and diverse workforce that aligns with the Company’s values and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Utilise various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal referrals, to attract top talent.
- Present ideas and updates on recruitment to senior management
- Create engaging and informative job descriptions and recruitment materials to highlight the company's values, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Promote and support diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

**Key Skills**
- Previous experience of recruiting for Estate agents is highly desirable
- The right attitude for this role is key. You will be naturally curious, confident in your knowledge and expertise, pragmatic and practical enough to adapt to the changing demands of a growing business
- Strong presentation skills: Have the ability to design high-level reports for Exec-Level team members, using accurate data
- Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
- Data-driven, ability to analyse complex data sets with a focus on continuous improvement of individual metrics and conversions
- Strong stakeholder management skills - Build relationships with various stakeholders across multiple locations, providing guidance and insights and becoming a trusted Business Partner
- An autonomous, dynamic and results-orientated approach
