Office Administrator

Our client based in Manchester is looking for a new Recepiton Admin to join their current team based in their central Manchester office.
They are looking for someone who loves to chat, is great with people and someone that can use their own initiative when it comes to finding solutions.
You will be the face of the company, the one who “meets and greets”.
The role will include general admin / reception duties but most of all filing and record keeping for their sales team.
The Reception Admin must have:
- A bubbly and outgoing personality
- The ability to communicate on all levels
- Great organisational skills
- Drive to hit targets and be self motivated
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Although a background in Sales or Reception is not essential it would however be an advantage as we know those in sales, love to chat
The role involves but may not be limited to:
- Multitasking whilst smiling
- General PA duties
- Liaising with 3rd parties

**Salary**: £16,706.00-£21,740.00 per year
