**Customer Service Advisor - Hull - £21,339k**
Our client based in Hull is looking for a number of Customer Service Advisor’s to join their great team, you will be part of a growing team for a leading heating company. They have 2 start dates available - 3rd January or 16th January. Our client offersgreat progression plans which are highly achievable, with each level you pass the more you get paid.
As part of this Customer Service Role you will be on a shift rota which is 8am till 5pm or 9am till 6pm both with an hour lunch. You will also have to work 1 in 3 weekend’s which is 8am till 4pm on a Saturday and Sunday 8am till 12 noon. Which is a lot lessthan your standard Customer Service position as normally they are every other weekend.
As part of the team you will be expected to manage inbound and outbound calls but not selling, along with this below is a some of the responsibilities.
- Capturing correct and concise information onto the computer system
- To adhere to the call escalation procedure to ensure that the appropriate level of service is offered to customers
- Take ownership of the call and undertake the relevant tasks to complete the customer’s requirements fully
**Experience Required**:
- Well practised customer service skills, preferably obtained in a call centre environment
- Well proven communication skills
- Time Management
- Experience of using computer based systems
- Able to enter Data correctly and accurately
- Experienced team player
- To communicate with internal customers in order to drive customer service excellence.
- Able to work well under pressure
You will also receive a company uniform, 4 weeks training.
**The Package**:
If successful our client is offering a salary of £21,339k per annum along with 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
