We are currently looking for a Permanent Administrator to join us.

**Overview of company**:
We a respected and established fire door company who work with many blue-chip clients in the Southeast area. Established in 2015 we have grown to a small team, servicing clients fire door and fire stopping requirements. Howes have a high staff retention rate and are looking to again enhance the team within the office.

**Purpose of position**:
**Experience / skills required**:

- Sales and marketing experience is preferred
- Well organised and self-motivated
- A team player
- Confident telephone manner
- Multitasking skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Previous administration experience is essential

**What you will be doing**:

- Answering inbound and making telephone calls
- Making appointments for bookings on booking site and telephone
- Booking operatives and stock onto job's and updating systems as required
- Full training will be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wrotham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
