Quantity Surveyor Dublin Role

About the Role: As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor in the preparation of tender documents, budget analysis, and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including Bills of Quantities and schedules of rates;
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to inform business decisions;
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery;
- Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field;
- Strong knowledge of construction laws and regulations;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
